Audit Struktur Perkuat Tower

The scope of work for this project was a Survey, Analysis & Repair Design for the Slope & Tower. Based on the technical evaluation of the foundation condition of Tower Bukit 245, a comparison was made between the condition before the landslide (when the tower was still upright) and after the landslide, which caused the tower to tilt.

To determine the plumbness / tilt of the tower, we first carried out a verticality test. The evaluation covered capacity checks against overturning, bearing capacity, and sliding, based on the results of the structural analysis and foundation analysis.
